By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.
Products labeled "FBH Made" or "Our Brand" are manufactured by Fishing Bait & Hookz in our Miami, FL facility. These products carry our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order for any reason.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages during transit, or incorrect addresses provided by customers. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

FBH manufactured products carry a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Third-party brands carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, fish damage, improper use, saltwater corrosion on freshwater-rated products, or damage from accidents or misuse.

⚠️ WARNING (California Prop 65): Some of our manufacturing products including lead jig molds, lead weights, and certain soft plastics contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Always handle lead products with gloves, in ventilated spaces. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Keep all fishing tackle away from children.
Fishing Bait & Hookz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of manufacturing equipment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami County, Florida.
