Absolutely. We never store credit card numbers on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 certification — the highest level of payment security available.

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. Expedited (2-day) and overnight options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday ship the same day.

Free standard shipping is available on all US orders of $75 or more. The free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days for international orders. Note: customs fees and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

If your package is lost, file a claim with us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. For damaged items, take photos immediately and email them to support@fishbaithookz.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no charge.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping on non-defective items. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. Note: opened soft baits and liquid products are final sale.

All FBH branded products carry a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers material failures and workmanship issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear, fish damage, improper use, or accidental damage. To make a warranty claim, email warranty@fishbaithookz.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.

Third-party brand products (Shimano, Daiwa, Penn, etc.) carry the original manufacturer's warranty. We can assist you in contacting the manufacturer directly. Please check the brand's website for their specific warranty terms.

All products labeled "FBH Made" or "Our Brand" are manufactured in our Miami, FL facility. This includes jig heads, tungsten weights, soft plastic baits, circle hooks, barrel swivels, fishing apparel, tackle backpacks, and all manufacturing kits. Look for the 🏭 FBH Made badge on product listings.

General rule: lighter jigs (1/8–1/4oz) for shallow water and finesse fishing. Medium (3/8oz) for most bass fishing situations. Heavy (1/2–1oz) for deep water, strong current, or offshore. When in doubt, start with 1/4oz and adjust based on how fast it sinks and how the fish respond.

Fluorocarbon is nearly invisible underwater, has low stretch for sensitivity, and sinks — great as a leader material or main line in clear water. Braid has zero stretch, incredible sensitivity, and floats — ideal for topwater, frog fishing, and heavy cover. Many anglers use braid as main line with a fluorocarbon leader for the best of both.

Yes! Our FBH salt-impregnated swimbaits and creature baits work well for inshore saltwater species like redfish, snook, and flounder. For offshore use, we recommend our heavier jig heads paired with larger profile baits. Always rinse your gear after saltwater use.
