30-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. FBH manufactured products with defects qualify for free returns and Lifetime Warranty replacement.

✓ Unused rods, reels, and combo sets in original packaging
✓ Unworn apparel with tags attached
✓ Unopened tackle kits and gear
✓ Manufacturing molds and equipment (unused)
✓ Any FBH product with manufacturing defects (lifetime)
✓ Wrong item received — we cover return shipping

✗ Not Eligible

✗ Opened soft plastic baits (hygiene/contamination)
✗ Opened liquid products (scents, plastisol, colorants)
✗ Items returned after 30 days (unless defective)
✗ Used or damaged items (not defective)
✗ Custom or private label orders
✗ Items without original packaging

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email Us

Send your order number and reason for return to returns@fishingbaitandhookz.com. For defective items, attach a photo. We respond within 2 hours on business days.

Get Return Authorization

We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address within 24 hours. Do not send items without an RA number — they cannot be processed.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write your RA number on the outside of the box. For defective FBH products, we'll provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, customer pays return shipping.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return (1–2 business days), your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email.

FBH LIFETIME WARRANTY

ALL FBH MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS

Every product we manufacture in-house carries a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If a FBH product fails due to a manufacturing issue at any point, we will repair or replace it free of charge — no questions asked.

Warranty covers: Material failures, structural defects, and workmanship issues.
Does not cover: Normal wear and tear, fish damage, improper use, accidental damage.
